High Holiday Guest and Request Form 2024

PLEASE USE THIS FORM TO ARRANGE FOR GUESTS TO ATTEND SERVICES ON THE HIGH HOLIDAYS AND FOR OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS.

GUEST TICKETS
Guest Policy & Prices:

 

1. $118 per person – provides access to all of the High Holiday services. Maximum amount per family: $472.

2. Guest tickets must be paid for by Congregant and guest tickets cannot be charged to a members account.

4. Guest tickets are nontransferable.

5. Teen and Adult Children (and their spouses) 29 years old or younger are FREE with your membership. No registration required.

6. Young Children - ages 3-12 years old are FREE. Children’s programming will be offered during services for members and non-members. Email office@bnaijacob.org to sign up guest children (include name, age, and grade). No sign up required for member children in Yahad or Ezra.

See below to request that CBJ send confirmation of your membership to another synagogue where you will be a guest.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

 

For Reciprocity to ANOTHER Synagogue please provide the following information and we will supply the synagogue with the required documentation. Members must be in good standing.

Please provide:
- Name and email of congregation at which you plan to attend services
- Name(s) of adults and children requesting tickets
- Service(s) attending (RH1, RH2, etc...)
- Name of your member hosts
