A Year of Celebrations & Community

Our families gather throughout the year for fun, meaningful, and festive programs. Here’s a look at the signature events you can expect each season:

FALL

Apples & Honey Family Service
Kick off the High Holidays with a sweet, family-friendly service.

High Holiday Kids’ Services
Kids can enjoy special Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur programs, with drop-in babysitting available beforehand.

Family Sukkah Building Party
Build and decorate the sukkah together, with lunch, crafts, and fun.

Dinner in the Sukkah & Shabbat Services
Celebrate Sukkot with a festive dinner prepared by CBJ Cooks.

Simchat Torah Family Service
Dance with the Torah and bring the joy of the holiday to kids of all ages.

Winter

Hanukkah Party & Shabbat Dinner
A festive evening of food, music, and community.

Pajama Havdalah & Movie Nights
A cozy evening tradition with songs, stories, and family-friendly films.

Spring

Purim Carnival
Games, costumes, and fun for the whole family.

Religious School (YAHAD) Graduation & Shabbat Dinner
A special milestone, honored by CBJ Cooks.

Family BBQ & End-of-Year Celebration Wrap up the year with food, games, and sunshine!

Summer

Camp Shabbat
Kick off summer with a festive Shabbat! Families are invited to wear camp t-shirts, sing favorite songs, play games, and share s’mores together.

Shabbat Splash
A family-friendly Shabbat gathering at the Woodbridge Club featuring poolside prayers, songs, swimming, and a shared meal. A joyful way to combine summer fun with Shabbat celebration.
