Bima Band Service in honor of Yom Ha'atzmaut

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Please join us for a special Bima Band performance in honor of Yom Ha'atzmaut, Israel's Independence Day. At 6pm we are having an enhanced shmooze with falafel followed by the service at 6:30pm. We will be singing Israeli songs and gathering as a community to continue praying for the release of the hostages and an end to the bloodshed.

Calling All CBJ Teens! The Cohen Family will host a movie afternoon and discussion at their home on Sunday, April 27th from 3-6 pm. Come watch the film “Munich” and afterwards discuss themes of Zionism, antisemitism, and morality with Rabbi Shapiro. Pizza and snacks will be served. All CBJ teens are welcome! Calling all singers! Please join Cantor Kochava and the Greater New Haven community to participate in a monthly niggun circle. Niggunim are soulful, wordless melodies which can be used to enhance spiritual reflection and communal connection. We will be meeting on the last Wednesday of each month from 7-8pm.
