Summary |
We are pleased to announce that with a generous gift from Susan Naiman in loving memory of her husband, Peter, we have produced new shiva prayer books to be used at a home of mourning.
The new books feature:
- Transliteration of all prayers that are said outloud
- Brief explanations of the major prayers
- Many additional poems, songs, prayers and other readings appropriate for a house of mourning
- A clear and readable translation.
- More user-friendly pagination than our previous books.
We hope that the new books will bring comfort to mourners and meaning to the shiva experience.
Much gratitude also goes to Lynn Ginzberg who patiently saw through the process of editing and formatting the books, making them beautiful and user-friendly.
