Congregation Bnai Jacob is a member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. We are an egalitarian and fully participatory congregation. We have minyan services twice daily every day of the year. Our Shabbat morning services include congregational singing, stimulating sermons or discussions led by our Rabbi, and a traditional reading of the Torah portion of the week. We welcome individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. We encourage all members and our friends in the community to join us as often as possible.
The Ritual Committee works closely with the Rabbi to be sure that regular worship services on weekdays, Shabbat, and holidays proceed smoothly and meet the religious needs of the congregation and guidelines of the Conservative movement. [ more ]
